So we turned a corner, coming around a huge hill and these cattle lost their marbles. They started hauling butt down this slope and into the bottom of the valley where the box elder trees are lined up in the bottom left side of the photo.

We were leaving camp and about a quarter mile from the corral, one stopped and they all stopped. Goes to show you, the power of suggestion. After a good long drink, it was off and running again and onto the horse pasture for a day of rest.
